About Keep Moving for Parkinson's

At Keep Moving for Parkinson's, we are committed to empowering individuals with Parkinson’s disease and those who work with them through specialized exercise programs designed to enhance mobility and quality of life. Founded by Jen Larsen, Doctor of Health Science and certified Athletic Trainer, our approach is evidence-based and personalized to meet your unique needs. Our tailored weekly sessions focus on restoring movement affected by Parkinson’s, incorporating strategies for fall prevention, gait and balance training, strength and flexibility improvement, and techniques to ease daily activities. Together, we’ll work towards helping you move confidently and live more fully.
